The group will be cut off at midnight on May 20th, 2025. To obtain guaranteed availability and the group rate, please make your reservation no later than 11:59 pm on 05/19/2025.
• You must call the hotel directly at 303-526-2000 and ask for Reservations. Please make a reservation for the Domsch-Leek Wedding group.
• *Please note that the check-in time is 3:00 pm. It is difficult for the hotel to have early check-ins so please plan accordingly. An early check-in fee may apply if check-in is needed before 3:00 p.m.

• The hotel requires a valid credit card to guarantee your reservation. Your credit card will be preauthorized for a one-night room and tax 3-7 days before the date of your arrival. If there is a problem processing your card, the hotel will attempt to contact you by phone and/or email, allowing you 24-48 hours to contact us with a valid credit card. If we do not hear from you by the specified deadline, your reservation will be canceled as non-guaranteed and may be reinstated based solely on availability.
• If you are unable to keep your reservation, or if you have a change of arrival or departure date, you must contact the hotel to cancel at least 7 days prior to your arrival date to avoid a late cancellation penalty of one-night room/tax.
